This gorgeous little gal is the inspiration behind a furbaby, Shadow, that I’ve added to The Elves of Eytherfel world.
I did a pile of research on what type of native furry friends I could choose from, and while not a common choice, I fell in love at first sight with the Pine Marten found (if you’re lucky) in the forests of North America.
Shadow is aptly named for constantly keeping an eye on Willow through her journey.
If Willow has a feeling of being watched, darn good chance that Shadow is the reason.
But she’s just too adorable and loving, once she warms up to Willow, to be a bother for constantly chaperoning.
